General:

Guaranteed delivery is subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, occasional discrepancies may occur. In such cases, we will fulfil the available products.

Shipping & Payment Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery with a nominal handling fee to cover cash processing costs.

A partial payment is required at the time of order placement to confirm and reserve your order. The balance is collected at delivery.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Charges:

We charge ₹100 on all COD (cash on delivery) orders to compensate the additional expenses related to processing the payment.

Delivery Estimate:

Delivery estimates range from 3 to 10 business working days (Monday–Friday) depending on your location. This excludes weekends and Indian Public holidays. Once your order is processed, we will notify you by confirming your order and providing necessary tracking details.
There might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control under certain scenarios like,

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Unforeseen external events
  • Incorrect / Incomplete address, Phone number, or PIN code
  • Delivery was attempted but the recipient was unavailable.
    In such scenarios we require your patience and cooperation in resolving it by reaching out to us at care@crocodileindia.com.

Order Cancellation/ Modification/ Changes:

Once your order is processed and the products have been dispatched, we are unable to accept any cancellations, modifications, or changes. If you still insist on canceling your order, a cancellation fee may be applicable.

Damaged or Tampered Package:

In the unfortunate event that your package appears damaged or tampered, please reach out to us with pictures or videos pertaining to the issue at care@crocodileindia.com.

Tracking Shows Delivered, But Product Not Received:

In certain situations, delivery services may indicate a parcel as 'delivered' prior to the actual delivery. In this scenario, customers are advised to allow some time for us to obtain the Proof of Delivery (POD) from our delivery service partners to ascertain the next steps. The estimated timeframe for resolution will be communicated to the customer at that time.
