Do you have plus sizes (4XL, 5XL)?

Delivery & Shipping
How many days will delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities may receive delivery faster. The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.
Do you deliver to my pincode?

We deliver across India to most pincodes. You can check serviceability by entering your pincode on the product page before placing your order.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Address changes can be made only before the order is dispatched. Please contact our support team immediately through whatsapp / email.
Do you deliver on weekends?

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday only. Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays and Sundays. This may affect the overall delivery timeline.
Why is my order not shipped after 3 days?

Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 business hours. If there is a delay, it may be due to high demand or a public holiday. Please contact our support team with your order ID for an update.
What happens if I miss the delivery?

Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse. You can contact us to rearrange delivery.
Return & Exchange
Can I return this product after 7 days?

Our return/exchange window is 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days cannot be processed as per our brand policy.
How do I raise a return request?

Is the first return free?

Yes! Your 1st return/exchange is completely FREE. A processing fee of ₹100 is applicable from the 2nd request onwards.
How long does refund take after return?

Once the pickup completed, then the store credit will be added in your account within 48hrs business hours.
Can I exchange for a different colour or size?

Yes! You can raise an exchange request for a different size or colour subject to availability through our exchange portal.
Do I need to pack the product before return pickup?

Yes, please ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and packed with all original tags intact before the pickup.
Payment & Order
Can I pay on delivery (COD)?

Yes! Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible pincodes. You can check COD availability at checkout.
My payment was deducted but order was not placed — what to do?

Please don't worry! If the payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days. You can also contact our support team with your transaction details.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Please contact our support team immediately for cancellation requests.
