Once the Returns are received at our warehouse, before proceeding with Refunds (Gift Card), our team will carefully assess the quality of all returned items within 24 - 48 working hours.
*QC is important as we prioritize keeping our customers happy and safe by maintaining high quality and cleanliness standards.
Once QC is done, within 2 – 3 working days, the Refund will be processed in the form of a Gift Voucher worth the amount paid, which can be used for your later purchase with us.
*Refunds will be issued for the price of the product only; Standard Cancellation charges ₹ 100 /- will be applicable.
*Refunds to Card / Bank or Source accounts will not be issued under any circumstances.
*We provide refund for few scenarios such as Product for replacement is not available with us or for Products that were incorrectly represented on the website. We reserve the right to reject a refund request for a Product if it does not satisfy the conditions specified under this Policy on our assessment pursuant to its return. We may in such cases notify you and send the returned Product back without initiating a refund.

All the Gift Vouchers will be generated for the customer’s registered mail address.
All the Gift Voucher is valid for one year.
All the Gift vouchers are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferrable and Non-Exchangeable as it’s not a GV product.
Non-Refundable Items under any circumstances include:
- Gift Vouchers
- Shipping & Pickup Charges
- Products bought from our Partner Stores, Websites, and Marketplaces.
- Orders which crossed the Given Exchange/Return Window
- Products that can be Replaced / Exchanged rather than returned.
