However, despite our unwavering commitment, occasional imperfections may inadvertently pass through even the most meticulous inspections. If you encounter a product with manufacturing defects, we offer a hassle-free replacement option through a simple request with us.

To ensure a streamlined process, our policy grants you the flexibility to initiate a product replacement within a span of 7 – 15 days from the date of delivery for the following scenarios.

  • Received Wrong Outfits – Size Fitting / Color & Different Outfit etc.
  • Received Outfits with Apparent Manufacturing Defect
  • Received Damaged / Tampered Outfits during delivery.

Replacement Guidelines

Exchanges are feasible under the following circumstances, within 7 days from the date of delivery:

  • Size Exchange
  • Color Exchange
  • Outfit Exchange

Please take note of the following additional points:

  • For exchanges other than size, such as color or outfit exchanges, pickup and delivery charges are applicable.
  • Frequent exchanges for the same order are not feasible.

Return Guidelines

We hold immense appreciation for every purchase you make, as it embodies the collective dedication of our team. However, we understand that certain situations may necessitate a return. In such cases, our policy offers you the option to return the item and receive a Gift Voucher equivalent to the amount paid, which can be utilized for future purchases with us.

To initiate a return, please submit a Return Request with Valid Reasons within 7 Days from the date of delivery.

For the return to be eligible, the item should be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, without any alterations, and must have all tags attached.

Please note that shipping and tax fees are non-refundable.

Certain items are classified as Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable under any circumstances. These include:

  • Products purchased from our Partner Stores, Websites, and Marketplaces.
  • Orders that have exceeded the specified Exchange/Return Window.
  • Used, washed, or items without tags attached.
  • White dresses from All Occasion Wears & Essential categories.
  • Damaged products resulting from negligence in following the provided wash care instructions.
  • Gift Vouchers.

Please be aware that www.crocodile.in reserves the right to deny Exchange or Return Requests if the item does not adhere to Our Policy Guidelines.

Replacement / Exchange / Return / Refund Process Flow – 1 > 2 > 3 >4

1) Raise a Replacement / Exchange / Return request

To initiate a Return Request, you can either click on the provided link "Return Request" or locate the link at the website's footer. You will need to enter your registered mobile number or email ID, which was used for the purchase, and refer to the specific order for which you wish to proceed with the exchange or return.

2) Pickup Arrangement

Upon submitting the Replacement / Exchange / Return request, the reverse pickup process will be initiated within 2 – 3 working days, utilizing the services of reputable couriers. The item(s) will be collected within 2 – 3 working days approximately once the pickup is arranged. However, unforeseen delays may occur due to logistics challenges beyond our control.

Once the pickup is scheduled, you will receive tracking details and important updates through one of the following communication mediums: email, WhatsApp, or SMS, as per your preference.

*When handing over the parcel to the courier, kindly obtain a pickup acknowledgment or take a picture of it for your future reference.

If reverse pickup is not available at your location, we will provide an alternative option through the chosen medium of communication (email, WhatsApp, or SMS).

3) Quality Assessment

Upon receiving the Returns at our warehouse, a comprehensive Quality Check will be conducted. Our utmost priority is ensuring the happiness and safety of our valued customers, especially the little ones, by upholding high-quality and cleanliness standards.

Before proceeding with Exchanges or Refunds, our dedicated team will diligently evaluate the quality of all returned items within 24 - 48 working hours.

*Please note that the returned items should not carry any stains or damage that were not previously informed to us during the return request.

4) Replacement / Exchange Process

Upon completion of the Quality Check (QC), the Replacement / Exchange request will be processed within 24 – 48 working hours.

Once the replacement or exchanged order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp, based on your chosen medium of communication, to monitor your order's status. Additionally, important updates regarding your order will be communicated to you through the selected communication medium.
