With a clear vision of becoming the leading fashion brand, Crocodile expanded to several Asian countries like Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea, China & Sri Lanka before foraying into India in 1996 in partnership with S.P. Apparels Ltd.

Established in 1989, S.P. Apparels is a leading integrated manufacturer & exporter of knitted garments in India with over 20 manufacturing facilities. S.P. Apparels has the exclusive right to manufacture, distribute and market products under the ‘Crocodile’ brand in India and sells them through a large sales & distribution network and several e-commerce platforms.

Since its entry in 1996, Crocodile has grown in to one of the largest fashion brands in India and has become a stylish synonym for timeless fashion, great quality & functionality in menswear.
