Order Processing Time:

Crocodile offers delivery services across India. When you place an order, it will be dispatched within 24-48 working hours. Please note that we process orders every day, except on Sundays and National Holidays. During peak Sale periods, there might be slight delays in processing.

Delivery Charges:

  • For Prepaid Orders above ₹2000, you can enjoy Free Shipping!
  • For Prepaid Orders below ₹2000, there is a ₹50 shipping charge applicable.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders, a ₹100 shipping charge is applicable.
  • Please note that charges are subject to change.

    Estimated Delivery Time:

    The estimated delivery time varies based on the location:
  • Within Tamil Nadu: 3 – 4 working days
  • 3 – 4 working days
  • Within South India: 4 – 7 working days
  • Other States: 5+ days
  • For Non-Metro or very Remote locations, the delivery time may vary.

    • Express delivery is available on a case-by-case basis, and additional charges may apply.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available for all locations except for a few pin code locations.

    Order modifications/cancellation

    Delivery Issue / Delay:

    Non-Availability During Delivery:

    If you are unavailable to receive the package, our delivery partners will attempt delivery three times on consecutive business days. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. To reschedule delivery, please get in touch with us at and provide a suitable time.

    Tracking Shows Delivered, But Not Received:

    If your tracking information indicates delivery but you haven't received the package within 24 hours, please reach out to us at We will request Proof of Delivery from the courier and investigate, which may take 7 – 10 working days. This process will not hinder potential reshipments, replacements, or exchanges, which will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

    Damaged / Tampered Package:
